Almost everything you do and everyone around you will be affected by your ability to see life on a grand scale and to put it all into proper perspective. You know what is important and what is not.
The only problem with this aspect is that you may be inclined to take life too easily. At times success will seem to fall into your lap without any special effort, which may cause you to think that the world owes you a living. But you can't depend on the world to provide everything you need. If you take that attitude, you will find that you are unable to make your own way. However, the slightest effort on your part will bring rewards out of all proportion to the effort, so that you seem to be flowing along easily through life.
Usually people like you because you always try to be friendly and warm. You trust people and are quite open, but you hate to see someone taking advantage of others, for you have a strong sense of fairness and justice. You are quite idealistic and will work hard to bring your ideals into reality.
Neptune sext. Pluto
This aspect lasted extremely long. It started in the late 1940s and continues beyond the end of the twentieth century. Therefore, a lot of children were born under this influence, and it is hard to seperate its effects from other elements and indications. During this time a lot of beliefs, religious or otherwise, underwent extraordinary changes. Attitudes about organized religion, morality and sexuality were revised completely. The children of this time will probably know the cycles of life better than others. They will realize that it is a natural part of life that everything must die and decay, to be reborn again at another level. This is especially true for inner and spiritual developments but also for their concern about social and human relations.
Pluto sext. Ascendant
Your relationships with other people are very intense, and many of your friendships, even everyday contacts, will eventually change your life. It is hard for you to have casual relationships, because you want to encounter everyone at a very deep psychological level. This makes your attitude toward life much more serious than that of most people your age. On the other hand, this aspect can make you magnetically attractive to other people.
Whenever you meet a new situation or person, you want to know what makes it tick. You have a very inquiring mind that likes to get inside everything and see its innermost aspects. Later in life you may be very interested in human psychology and even now, at a less mature level, you are interested in how people work. You may become effective at handling other people so that they will do what you want within reason. But you must learn to use this power responsibly; otherwise the people you alienate will watch your moves very carefully and try to keep you under control.
Eventually you may attain a position of influence and leadership over your friends and immediate associates. You want very much to have effective control over the world around you. When you see a situation that needs to be changed, you want to make changes. However, you can be quite subtle about it, and you will quickly learn not to rock the boat unnecessarily. Your efforts will be very practical.
Sun conj. Uranus
You are quite impulsive and like to do everything your own way, when and how you want. If you do not get your own way, you may feel quite frustrated and angry, although you are not likely to lose your temper. Instead you will be disruptive and rebellious in subtle ways. If someone tries to make you move in a certain direction, you will probably move in the opposite direction. You hate to be restricted in your movements or subjected to any kind of force. Your need for freedom is very strong, but unless you learn some self-discipline, you will never finish any project you start. You will do everything halfway. However, if you build your own system of discipline instead of trying to work with the discipline imposed by others, you will do quite well. You are not opposed to acting in an orderly manner, only to doing what someone else dictates.
You are quite innovative and creative and can see new ways of doing things before other people do. For this reason you may be attracted to scientific and technical studies. If someone points out a new approach, you are perfectly willing to accept it, as long as no one tries to force you into it. If you can control your tendency to act rashly and impulsively, you will be able to accomplish a great deal.
You may act as a goad to others, because you like to rile people up a bit and make them see the world differently. You are very annoyed by people who seem to be stuck in the mud, and you want to do something to change them. Just remember that they have the right to be left alone if they prefer.
Venus conj. Uranus
Although you are affectionate and enjoy being loved, you want to be free, emotionally and otherwise. You want to be free to choose your friends and not be tied down by those you love. This is important, because often the friends you choose are quite unusual, at least as your parents see them. You want to be with people who are exciting and stimulating, who can take you away from the normal daily routine.
This aspect is usually more important when you are older. Now it is important to understand that you need freedom in all kinds of relationships. You must learn to understand your other needs also, because otherwise you will have difficulty with relationships with the opposite sex when you are older. The first point is to recognize that it is all right to not want to be tied down. Don't let anyone make you feel guilty because you want to do your own thing. After all, you are willing to grant others the same freedom.
Also, the fact that you want to have exciting people for friends may mean that your relationships will be rather unstable. After all, the best people for you to be with are people like yourself. Have the courage to live by your own rules in a relationship, but also make sure that the other person understands and accepts those rules. If they cannot accept your rules, you may have to find some new friends. Being alone a lot may be the price you pay for your independence. But if you look for people who understand and fit in with your needs, and if you can fit in with theirs as well, you should be quite happy with your friends and loved ones.
Uranus sext. Midheaven
With this aspect, you want to be independent and to find a lifestyle and life work that are unique and yours alone. While you are young, others will consider your interests quite unusual, especially for someone your age. You may be particularly interested in a technical or scientific field, and in fact when you are an adult you may choose a career in such a field. This aspect may also indicate an interest in the occult or in offbeat philosophies. You do not feel obligated or held back by tradition. You seek to carve your own niche in life, and in the course of doing so, you may come up with some rather original and even daring ideas. At some time in your life you may even make a totally new discovery.
You may prefer to be alone much of the time, not because you can't get along with people, but because you prefer to be free to program your own time. Other people may keep you from doing this, so that you feel you cannot accomplish what you need to.
You are likely to identify yourself as being different from others, because you feel that if you are just like everyone else, you are less of a person. Everyone follows some kind of pattern in order to feel unique, and yours is simply to be different.
You are capable of working with others as long as you feel that you share common goals. In fact, you can work very hard for a belief in something higher than yourself, usually a belief that is radical or unusual.
Mercury conj. Venus
You like to be surrounded by beauty and are depressed by anything ugly or unpleasant. While you are quite young, you may show some definite artistic ability. Also you appreciate other people's artistic talents. You enjoy making things, which could mean that you will work in one of the crafts.
Perhaps the most important effect of this aspect, however, is that it takes your mind away from narrowly logical thinking. You look for form and beauty in ideas as well as in objects. If you study mathematics, for example, you should try to get a mental picture of what is happening and see the beauty in the forms. That will work better for you than working it out as an exercise in logic. Also you may think visually, by seeing images in your head rather than just connecting ideas.
You want everything you see or think about to be related artistically as well as logically. This may cause some problems in school subjects such as mathematics and science, but it will help you with music and literature.
You talk to people in a way that wins them over. You are very good at soothing hurt feelings and at helping people settle a quarrel fairly. You say what has to be said, without being dishonest, but you express yourself so well that everybody feels good about it.
Neptune conj. Ascendant
You will spend a great deal of your life getting to know who you are and how you impress other people. Especially while you are young, you will have a hard time understanding people's attitudes toward you and your part in creating these attitudes.
Some of your problems stem from the fact that you look to other people's reactions to find out who you are, when you should be looking inside yourself to find that out. Get in touch with your feelings about yourself instead of being confused. Another source of difficulty is that this aspect signifies enormous sensitivity to people and situations around you. But unfortunately you get so much input from the environment that you find it difficult to make sense out of it. When you eventually sort it out, you will discover that you are quite psychic or at least intuitive.
Very often when people with this aspect get in touch with their real feelings, they make the astonishing discovery that they can project themselves to others in many ways, as if they have different personalities for different people and situations. Try to avoid getting a reputation for being deceptive and untrustworthy.
Neptune sq. Midheaven
This aspect can indicate extreme insecurity and self -doubt, unless your parents and other influential adults make a special effort to reinforce your self- confidence. When you meet a difficult person or an obstacle, your first tendency is to run away, because you feel that you cannot overcome it. This is probably not true, and you must learn what you really can do, instead of limiting yourself to the few tasks that you are not afraid to do.
Sometimes you seem to be surrounded by energies that are very weakening, usually from people you are with who give off very negative energies such as resentment, hostility or anger. You don't attract such people to any unusual extent, but you suffer more than others from being around them. As much as possible, you should associate with positive and optimistic persons.
This empathy has a positive side, however, in that you understand other people very well, knowing what is going on in their minds as well as what they say. But it will take you a while to learn how to interpret the signals you get from others. While you are young, you may frequently misinterpret people.
You will feel a need to work for an ideal that is higher than yourself or for a person whom you can idealize and respect. This is fine, but you will probably be taken advantage of by people who are unworthy of your devotion, unless you work very hard to get past your idealizations and see who they really are. Then you can choose intelligently.
